The 100 Lions have been supporting many local non profit organizations and groups, thought Cariboo Wildfire Relief Fund. Today, January 24th, Ron Graves, Kim Taylor and Chris Nickless from the local Lions Club gifted another $25,000.

 

 

The 70 Mile, Watch-Green Lake N, Hawkins Lake and Greeny Lake Volunteer Fire Departments each received $2500. The South Cariboo Search and Rescue received $15,000 to go towards a new remote cellular communication system. The Cariboo Wildfire Relief Fund has donated over $80,000 to south Cariboo non profits through generous donations from Lions Clubs across the province.
