You will need the following to register: Your players unique Hockey Canada Number (HCR) found by following the link on the Registration Page of our website in OMHMHA INFO; Cariboo Regional District (CRD) Rec Pass Number (valid ones are BLUE starting with 2xxxx), Birth Certificate, Heath/Care card and parent(s) addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
If you are unable to register on-line due to technical issues, new player or players that fall outside of the regular division age parameters, please make arrangements to register in person at the Minor Hockey office during business hours or call 250-395-4344 for assistance.
$250 minimum for each player MUST be paid by June 22, 2019. Payments may be made by cheque, post dated cheque, cash, e-transfer, VISA or MASTERCARD or may be mailed to OMHMHA, BOX 487, 100 Mile House, BC V0K 2E0 or dropped at the Minor Hockey Office located in the lobby of the South Cariboo Rec Centre.
Early Registration is OPEN from May 13, 2019 to June 22, 2019. Late fees apply to ALL registrations received after June 22, 2019 and until September 15, 2019
ALL PLAYERS REGISTERING AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST.
