Approximately $13.6 million in capital projects have been completed or committed to in the 108 Mile Ranch, plus $9 million in future projects.

This will include a 36-unit senior housing expansion, new LED lighting and resurfacing of South Cariboo Regional Airport and the building of a 10,000 sq. foot restaurant/clubhouse and conference centre at the 108 Golf resort.

Also, the Ministry of Transportation will be resurfacing 16 kms of the 108 Mile Ranch roads.

Pat Corbett, President of Corbett Resort Management said when asked what all the expansions in the 108-area meant to him “Today’s announcement is a rekindling of the early excitement I had when I was introducing the 108 Resort to the world a long time ago. To see today what the Resort has gone through lately with the building fires and arson, plus the wildfires of 2017, it’s like the rebirth of a great vacation place.”

The 108 Ranch community is turning 50 and the celebrating begins on June 21st through the 23rd with tons of events happening around the 108 Mile Ranch. There’ll be lots going on over the three day including the official groundbreaking of 36-unit senior housing expansion with Scotty Lang and his son Cameron.
