On Monday June 3rd, at 10:56 AM 100 Mile RCMP received a report of a robbery at a financial institution in 100 Mile House. A male entered the business with a loaded rifle and demanded money. He left the business after receiving an un-disclosed amount of cash. The 84 year old male from the Clinton area was located a short time later and arrested without incident. He is currently being held in custody while the investigation continues. No one was injured as a result of this incident. The bank will remain closed for the remainder of the day.
