Bridge construction continues on Hwy 20 between Bagshaw Rd and MacKenzie Ave S in Williams Lake until Sunday October 31st. Lane Closure. Watch for traffic control. 3.6 m to 3.8 m width restriction. Wide loads confirm with CVSE.

Paving operations on Hwy 97 between Commodore Cres and Lynes Creek Rd 3 kms north of Williams Lake to 10 km north of Wildwood until Saturday October 16th. From 7:am to 7:pm on weekdays and Saturday. Single lane alternating traffic. Expect delays, watch for signage and personnel.

If you’re out on Hwy 20 there’s a construction zone to watch out for 34 kms east of Firvale to 39 kms east of Tatla Lake. Please watch for the crews.

Don’t forget to put your snow tires on by October 1st 2021

Winter tires or chains are required on most routes in British Columbia from October 1 to April 30. For select highways not located through mountain passes and/or high snowfall areas, tire and chain requirements end March 31. These routes are marked with regulatory signs posted on highways throughout the province.
