Nordics Solstice – Celebration of Light is on December 21st from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Join them for a night you won’t forget. They invite everyone to attend the lighting ceremony. Expect a festive atmosphere and fun. The new LED lights will light the way for more ski time. This event is open to all community members and it’s a great time to check out the best little ski club in BC. The Lodge will be open, so feel free to grab a bite before the show starts. A Truckstop’s Christmas is on December 21st at the Hungry Bear Diner and Truckstop in Lac La Hache. Get ready for a fun filled afternoon with the Hungry Bear and Little Country Trucking from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. For just $10.00 you can enjoy a spaghetti dinner and live entertainment. Local boys and girls 12 years and under can enter to win toy trucks and toy horses. There will be a coloring contest, a decorated truck and a Christmas horse on site.
