Parkside Art Gallery presents – Our Love of Winter – To Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Gallery they are showcasing the works of community contributors. The Artwork is in all styles from detailed to abstract, in any medium you can think of – illustration, paint, sculpt. A new Show – Imagine will be opening at the Parkside Art Gallery on March 7th from 12 – 3:00 pm, featuring the works of Sarah Sigurdson, Tiffany Jorgensen and Brittany Murphy.

100 Mile Performing Arts Society’s Production of Disney – The Little Mermaid You can still catch the show, they will have evening showings March 6, and 7th. The evening show will have the doors open at 6:30 with the curtain going up at 7:00. The 26th Annual Business Excellence & Citizen of the Year Award will be held on Saturday, March 7th at the 100 Mile Community Hall. Doors Open at 5:30 with Dinner at 7:00 pm. 100 Mile House Snow and Drags – The Snowmobile and Snowbike Drag Races at the 99 Mile Snowmobile Club. The Test and Tune will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 7th with the Race Day on Sunday, March 8th. The Lac la Hache Curling Club Bonspiel is on, Saturday, March 14th at the 100 Mile House curling Rink. This will be a “Fund Spiel” The cost is 25.00 per person and includes dinner and three games of four ends. All ages are welcome. There will be cash prizes.
