The Cariboo Memorial Complex is holding a Christmas food drive  until December 17th  when you drop off an item  you will be entered in a draw for a gift basket.

Winter Photo Scavenger Hunt is taking place now with new photo weekly. The first  four photo have been released on Facebook. The Premise is that you take a selfie in each of the four locations that you saw the elf in the pictures. Then send you photos to recreation @williamslake.ca by noon Sunday.

The Cariboo Memorial Complex is holding elf on the Shelf again this year. Find the elf hiding  at the Cariboo Memorial Complex  and enter to win both a daily prize and a grand prize from December 1st to December 24th.

December 1st to December 10th  Show your support & wear a purple ribbon. By wearing a purple ribbon, you are sending a message to women in violent situation that they are not alone.

McLeese Farmers Market is now a pickup market from 11 to 1 pm at the Alexandria Hall. Please find them on Facebook and pre-order your merchandise.

Sunday December 6th

Skate with Santa at the Cariboo Memorial Complex at 1:45 to 3:15  with regular drop-in rates.

Tuesday December 8th

The Williams Lake Wanderers will be meeting at Cariboo Memorial Complex at 9:15 am  each hike is about 1 ½ hours long. Anderson Road ornament snowshoe (bring ornaments to decorate a tree) (dog Creek)

Dirty branches trail hike/snowshoe (Gun-a-noot Trail)

Thursday December 10th

Saturday December 12th

Cariboo Chilcotin Youth Fiddlers Society in partnership with Yellow Umbrella and Thyme for Tea Cookbook launch  and sale at the Cariboo Bethel Church  form 10 to 4 pm drive thru sale. $30 a book

Saturday December 19th

Winter Wonderland at the Elks Hall  by appointment  from 12 to 4 pm. Please call 250-392-3376 for more information. Tons of fun!  face masks for sale , bake sale by donation , ornament decorating kits, Covid friendly Santa photos, walk by winter village, letters to Santa& Goodie bags!
