Jam Night starts at 7:00pm at the OV pub, Musician of all levels come on out and bring a couple songs that you can play.

BabyTime starts at 2:30pm to 3:00pm at the Child Development Centre. Providing that you are never too young to learn if you’re having fun.

Saturday February 15th 

Sweetheart Ride at 8:30. Bring your Sweetheart on a Day Ride starting at Yank’s Peak Parking Lot at 8:30 am, riding by 9:00 am over the top of Yank’s and over to Well’s Hotel for lunch and then return, playing along the way (approx. 100 kms round trip). We will end the day with a hot meal at the Likely Lodge (250-790-2345) accommodations available for overnight. Daily trail passes $20 each available from Laurie at the beginning of the ride. Tumble and Play from 10:00am to 11:30am. Come on down to Marie Sharpe for a free play time with mats and balls,for ages 0 to 5 year old.

Ukulele Lessons from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Beginner lesson from 10 am to 12 pm- $10- Intermediate lesson from 1 pm to 4 pm – $15

Family Day @ Barkervillle Saturday to Monday. Barkerville is excited to announce that its historic main street will re-open for the entire Family Day weekend! Join us for winter exhibits, games, performances, bonfires, and more with some of your favourite historic interpreters. Warm up with a hot meal at the The Barkerville Cafe and Gift Store and get your kicks sliding down Barkerville’s Shamrock Tube Run. C. Strouss & Co., McPherson’s Watchmaker’s Shop, and Mason & Daly General Merchants will be open gives you access to the eclectic selection of old- fashioned goods found at five of their stores.

Sweetheart Cup is taking place this weekend. The Williams Lake Men’s and Women’s Soccer leagues are combining to host the annual 5 vs 5 Sweetheart cup Co-ed soccer tournament at Lake City Secondary School Columneetza campus. Social is slated to take place at Boston Pizza on Saturday evening.

Monday February 17th

Mount Timothy Family Fun Day from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Come up for the day. Free hot dogs and got chocolate, colouring contest, scavenger hunt with extended lift hours, cake, prizes and much more.

Family Day Skate from 1 to 5 pm at the Chimney Lake fire Hall

Family Day Free Skate at the Cariboo Memorial Complex from 10 am to 12 pm

1st annual Family Ice Fishing Derby starts at 10 am to 2 pm at Dugan Lake they will have fishing rods. It is just $10.00 a hole.

Firefly Paint Night from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. This is a paint night in support for the New Horizons society for Autism.
