The doubles Bonspiel starts at 12:00 pm for instruction followed by the first game at 12:30. Please register online with the link that was emailed to you, if you have not already. We will accept payment at the rink as well.

New Horizons is holding Relay Race at the Elks Hall from 12:30pm-3:30pm. This event is open to all families; come join us for a fun afternoon. Please pre-register to half hour time-slots to follow COVID guidelines. Boys and Girls Club is holding an Anime Club  3:30-5:30PM for ages 10-18
at the Boys and Girls Club all purpose room. Refreshments and snacks are provided.

Mother Nature Paint Night from 6 to 8 pm at the Legion Hall. Join us for a fun and creative night out and let me help you create your own “Mother Nature” painting with step by step instructions. No experience required and all supplies are provided. Free draws throughout the evening. Because of all the safety protocols we are observing to keep us all safe…the class sizes are much smaller. At the Overlander Pub join us for a safe, fun, creative evening out and let me help you create this adorable Winter Blackbird painting with step by step instructions. A very COVID 19 Christmas That does not sound right does it? Although, nothing sounds right these days. I bet you need a laugh. Get out of the house to a safe socially distanced event and forget about the craziness for on night Come on out to the Evangelical Free Church at 7 pm.

Friday November 27th

Do You want to build a snowman? We will be crating a 3 tier  snowman stack for you to decorate your home for gifts to someone special!3+ hour workshop  and $60 a person.

Saturday November 28th

New Horizons Society for Autism & Special Needs presents our Garage Sale at the Elks Hall – 98 1st Avenue Williams Lake BC from 10am – 2pm.
We are currently taking donations for the Garage sale, unfortunately we are unable to accept any clothing as well as teddy bears. There will be COVID screening upon arrival.

Saturday December 5th

Join us for our 10th annual Earth Friendly Holiday Event! On Saturday, December 5th, from 10-4pm at the Potato House Project on 1st and Borland.

This year, our Earth Friendly event is a little bit different -like most things these days!

  1. This year we will host ONLY wreath and swag making stations (no other holiday crafts). This is often our most popular crafting area, so there will be plenty of room this time around!
  2. We are also hosting this event out in the elements, on the Potato House Project site at 49 Borland St in downtown Williams Lake. This event will be rain or shine, so please come prepared with warm clothing, a hot drink, and having already used a bathroom (no public washroom on site).
