At 9:00 am, October 3rd the Johnston Bridge will be closed to all vehicle traffic until further notice.
After a recent bridge inspection, the City of Quesnel was made aware that some areas of Johnston Bridge are compromised. The City of Quesnel has made the decision to close the Johnston Bridge to all vehicle traffic. The bridge will continue to be open to foot and bicycle traffic.
Detour through Red Bluff via Plywood Rd and Maple Dr. Industrial traffic will not be allowed to detour through Johnston Subdivision. Signage will be posted directing traffic.
