Meet Some of the Voices on CaribooRadio.Com
Cariboo Radio is the only Cariboo Radio Station that’s voiced by local people and business managers and owners. We’re also very proud to have Jason Ryll from Front Row Voiceovers, imaging Cariboo Radio; Jason has one of the smoothest voices and you will hear him when you’re on hold at many businesses as well.
Completely Local Cariboo Radio Station
It has always been our goal from the beginning to be a completely local Cariboo Radio Station serving the Cariboo Chilcotin and we welcome anyone that wants to come into the studio to do some voiceover work. No experience needed. All our advertisements and Your Community Connection spots are copywritten and produced in our studio or out in the communities. Our video ads and promotion are just the same, local everyday people that believe in the all local Cariboo Radio Station format.
Every week we chat with chat “Live” in the studio with Shelly Morton; Executive Director of the South Cariboo Chamber of Commerce on Thursday mornings at 10:30am and then Shelly records Your Community Connection spots to help promote events and local businesses in the South Cariboo area. We also talk with Patty Morgan from the Quesnel Visitor Information Centre at 9:am Friday mornings, Kim Abel from the Williams Lake Discovery Centre at 10:30am Friday mornings about what’s happening in the Williams Lake and Quesnel areas. 10:am on Friday mornings we chat with Valerie Streber from the South Cariboo Visitor & Tourism Centre about events happening in the South Cariboo area.
