A developing Pacific low pressure system is forecast to cross the central interior overnight. Wind gusts up to 70 km/h are expected except gusts to 80 km/h or more are possible for Chilcotin, Cariboo – south including Williams Lake, 100 Mile and Fraser Canyon.
Road maintenance work on Hwy 97 between Fox Mountain Rd and Kragbak Rd 1 km north of Williams Lake to 8 kms north of Wildwood until Friday October 25th Please watch for traffic control. Shoulder closed.
Utility work on Hwy 97 between Alexandria Ferry South Rd and Edwards Rd for 23 kms 14 to 37 kms south of Quesnel until Saturday November 2nd. Single lane alternating traffic. Expect minor delays. Watch for traffic control.
Maintenance on Hwy 97 between Sweder Rd and Stoner Pit Rd – 19 to 20 kms north of Hixon until Mon November 4th Shoulder is closed. Watch for personnel.
