Saturday April 20th
Gnomeo and Juliet at 2 pm in the Williams Library. Our Family Film Matinee series continues on Saturday April 20th. at 2 pm with the screening of Gnomeo and Juliet in our Program Room. This animated film was released in 2011 and is being shown in honour of playwright William Shakespeare’s birthday (on April 23rd.). The film is rated G so very family friendly and full of humour, action, adventure and lots of music by Elton John! In this version of Romeo and Juliet the two feuding families are garden gnomes and lawn decorations that live next door to each other. And it is in this setting that Gnomeo and Juliet meet and fall in love. There is also a special appearance by Shakespeare himself (voiced by Patrick Stewart). As always, snacks and refreshments will be provided and it’s all absolutely free! Look forward to seeing you there.

Harp Concert at the Cariboo Arts Centre starting at 7:30
Preschool Wheels 10:00am – 12:00pm. Bring your preschoolers bikes, trikes, scooters, and ride om toys down to the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex for the morning of fun. Parents must supervise their children at all times. Please remember to bring your helmets and safety equipment.
Petting Zoo at Boitanio Mall from 10am to 3 pm and enjoy some lovely cakes and animals.
Sunday April 21st
Realm of toys 3rd annual Easter Festival will have multiple entertainers and vendor will be setting up shop. The Easter egg hunt will occur on the grounds of the Potato House with the Easter Bunny just outside the Realm of Toys between 12 pm and 3pm.
