Friday April 26th
Annual Williams Lake Indoor Rodeo will be held at the Cariboo Memorial Complex. There’s no stop in the action throughout the weekend as rodeo performances, opening acts, special guest, vendors, bands and a dance help round out the weekend’s festivities. Stop by the Cariboo Memorial Complex for tickets, merchandise and more information. The indoor rodeo office is open April 1st from 10 am to 5 pm where they will be selling barn dance tickets, merchandise, and Rodeo tickets.
West Coast Amusement is holding a fair at the Stampede grounds from April 25th to 28th.
Painting Workshop by Kathy Lauriente Bonner at TRU on April 26 from 6 to 8 pm and April 27 from 9 am to 4 pm.
Friday night is open mic night from 8 pm to 12 am at the Overlander pub.
Saturday April 27th
Junk in the Trunk is a large garage sale that is taking place at the TDC from 9 to 4 pm.
TRU Gala is taking place with cocktails at 6 pm and dinner at 7 pm. This event takes place at the TRU gym with tickets $120 per person and if you would like tickets pleas call 250-302-1025.
Williams Lake Spinners and Weavers & fiber Artists 10:00am – 12:00pm. Every third Saturday the Spinners and Weavers meet on the third Saturday of every month to chat have coffee and knit at the Arts Centre.
Handmade in the Cariboo from 10:00am to 4:00 at the Elks Hall. We invite you to come and join us for the 2nd annual Handmade in the Cariboo Market! Come and support local artisans and small businesses and check out all of their products. At the market you can enjoy: -over 30 local artisans -good eats and drinks -door prizes and giveaways -a great day out with friends and family $2 admission/ Kids under 12 are FREE.
Honour concert is all of the winners of the festival at the Cariboo Bethel church at 7 pm.

Williams Lake Walking Group goes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they head out at 9 am on the trail head please call ahead to find out where they are going Chris at 250-392-2271.
Tuesday April 30th
Williams Lake Winter Wanderers will be heading out to Chimney Lake bike ride starting at 9:15 at the Cariboo Memorial Complex.
The Wanderer will also be heading out on Wednesday and Thursday so if you would like to join please call Bette at 250-392-6423

Play Cherry Docs is on at the Williams Lake Studio Theatre at 7 pm from May 1 to May 4th A neo-Nazi skinhead is held in jail for the death of an Asian immigrant. He is furnished with a legal-aid defence lawyer who happens to be Jewish. A thought-provoking look at who we think we are, and who we really are.
