Chuck’s Car Show & 4 H Petting Zoo 10:00am – 2:00pm. They will be having door prizes and vendors with a BBQ, so come on out and enjoy this fun event for the whole family.
2nd Annual Sugar Cane Fast Ball Tournament at 5:00pm. The Sugar Cane reserve is holding their annual fast ball tournament this weekend.

Fathers’s Day Pow Wow at Chief Will Yum with drums, Lehal tournament Traditional Feast and many more events. There will be a traditional lehal tournament on Friday at the Chief William Fathers Day Pow Wow, where teams of up to six will face each other to compete in the game that is played to celebrate powwows and gatherings. Saturday will be filled with the Traditional Pow Wow dancing, the Chief William Princess Pageant and feast. Sunday will host another Grand Entry and once again be the day of the traditional giveaway- Public Welcome -Free Admission.

Lac La Hache Father’s Day Fishing Derby starts at 8:00am on Saturday to Sunday at 12:00pm. Prizes and Auction also happening!
Theatre Royal Summer Show Gala 1:00pm -7:00pm. Special presentation of the Theatre Royal’s summer shows. Reception and entertainment will follow. Three shows and music and dancing at the Hotel Saloon.

Basic Spin Casting, Basic Fly Fishing, Catch & Keep Fishery and Lunch! Free Fishing for all BC Residents this weekend. This takes place at Biff pond.

Boitanio Park Bike Jam 12:00pm – 2:00pm. The Williams Lake Cycling Club is inviting the community to celebrate Fathers Day at the Boitanio Park. This will be a Family-friendly event not a competition. They will be featuring James Doerfling.
POPS in the Park is Williams Lake’s ‘Music for Youth’ fundraising concert. All funds raised go towards music lessons for youth who can’t afford them. In partnership with The Boys and Girls Club of Williams Lake, POPS is a great night out for a good cause! The night will begin at 5 pm with the Williams Lake Rotary Club’s delicious BBQ and Taylor Made Cakes providing goodies, with all the profits going toward the music fund. The musical line-up is composed of some of our community’s most dedicated musicians. The Lake City Secondary School Concert Band opens the night followed by the dynamic quartet, Synergy. Next up, the talented Cariboo Chilcotin Youth Fiddle Society, a group composed primarily of children and teens, take the stage with their unique brand of old-time, feel good tunes. We are delighted to present a group of award-winning soloists from the Cariboo Festival, highlighting the empowering ways music changes lives by developing confidence.

Ball Hockey at 3:45pm to 4:45pm. This was started to create a relationship with the RCMP and youth . They have seen people who’d never even skated before come out and play so that it’s been a really open environment for everyone.
